Title: Creating Technologies towards Smart Health and Cyber-Human Systems

Abstract: In this talk, I will present my recent research efforts in the field of health informatics and human-computer interaction design. During my PhD studies, I have created interactive technologies to transform healthcare from reactive and hospital-centered to preventive and person-centered. In addition, I have developed computing and communication systems that help communities accomplish collective goals. I will conclude the talk by reflecting on opportunities and challenges in this new field of interdisciplinary research.
